Dubai International Airport
Iterum and its representatives have been involved in the Dubai International Airport success story since 2012. Over that time, we have delivered both Project Management and Management Solutions services. In 2012, our team delivered a critical system's design and managed the installation of the Security Access Control System (SACS). The project was on the critical path for the testing and commissioning of the Terminal 3A opening.
In 2016 we returned to Dubai International Airport to offer further support during this decade of major enhancement. This time we provided Management Solution and Transition Management support. We managed the contract set up of 136 buildings associated with the Other Airlines (OAL) Terminals (T1, T2, Concourse C, and Airside buildings). The contract scope included complete integrated facility management services, which Iterum’s representatives managed, controlled and delivered on behalf of our client.
In 2017 we were invited back to examine and execute an operational excellence programme. Following a detailed analysis, a comprehensive operational improvement programme was delivered resulting in exponential improvements in operations and substantial benefits to the client and end-user.
Project Management
In 2012-13 Iterum’s team managed and controlled the installation, testing and commissioning of the Dubai Airports Terminal 3A (Concourse C) Security Access Control System (SACS System).
Management Solutions
Returning in 2016, under a current long-term Management Solution framework with the Facility Manager, Iterum transitioned the integrated facility management services to 136 airport buildings associated to Terminal 1, 2, Concourse C and Ancillary buildings.
