A product of the highly reputable School of the Built Environment, University of Salford, UK, Jack went on to apply his Project Management BSc (Hons) across the UK, Europe and, for the last decade, UAE, Iraq and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A determined and spirited professional, Jack has guided international businesses across the Built Environment (construction, asset & facilities management and various management solutions) and on the development of some of the region’s most prestigious assets.
Employing a hands-on, personable approach with clients, suppliers and partners has been the foundation of his success. Jack now joins his father Tim to lead the Iterum business on a journey to Better Built Environments.
Tim Sephton

A successful career spanning various industry key establishments including MACE UK, Turners and Washington Group Holdings enabled Tim to form Reaction Project Management FZ L.L.C in 2004. In his role as founder and CEO, Tim further expanded in 2016 trading with a Dubai Economical Department professional license under RPM Project Management Services.
Tim has 40-years of industry experience, including 30-years regionally, and 20-years of operating successful Project Management companies delivering Project, Cost and Support Services across the world. With a local CV that includes key roles on Emirates Palace, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall his expertise speaks for itself as he joins his son Jack in leading Iterum into the future.
Molly Sephton

With over 10 years' experience and a fresh perspective, Molly brings a youthful approach and modern techniques to the Iterum team. As well as managing the company's finances, Molly has responsibility for our HR and office management.
Over the last six years she has coordinated 100% compliant, clean audits to ensure our financial security. She has a solid understanding of the UAE labour law and works closely with our third-party PRO team to ensure we are compliant in all aspects of employment regulations.
Having honed her skills as a procurement officer for a UK-based fit-out contractor, Molly is well experienced in competitive markets and has worked within companies across the UK and the Middle East handling financial activities, budgeting, payroll dealings and business accounts.
