Formed from the 2014 merger of Charles Russell and Speechly Bircham, Charles Russell Speechlys (CRS) is now one of the biggest private client firms in Britain, with offices in London, Guildford and Cheltenham. The firm has a presence in high net worth hubs such as Doha, Dubai, Geneva, Luxembourg, Manama, Paris, Zurich and Hong Kong.
Since the Iterum team had previously provided invaluable support in establishing the Charles Russell Speechlys Head Office in Dubai, it was only natural that Iterum would be called upon again. This time the team was asked to consult on the safe return to occupational spaces across multiple offices.
Project Management
CRS, a world-renowned legal practice, selected Tim Sephton of Iterum following a recommendation and competitive selection process to act as Client Representative to develop the concept for the Charles Russell Speechlys regional office here in Dubai. Following the acceptance of the design, procurement and delivery of the 6-month programme, Iterum later transitioned into the management team for this facility.

With the proven success of our previous engagement, CRS connected with Iterum for assistance in assuring a safe working environment to return back to work. As well as the initial delivery of services the Iterum team continues to provide Environment Services and support CRS’s business resilience.
